Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation e-mail. When we ship your order, you will be notified.

Please note that during high volume periods or if there are problems with the postal service beyond our control, processing time may take longer than usual.

Costs

Our shipping costs follow a flat rate scheme, so these are fixed rates independent of order weight, calculated based on the geographic areas listed above.

For flat rate shipping in Italy: The shipping cost is a fixed rate of €9.99 for all orders, regardless of weight or destination.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship internationally, in the geographic areas and modes listed in the table found under "Shipping Methods and Delivery Times."

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 48 hours. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact us at pallyvintage@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will make the necessary verifications.

Damaged or lost items
